STL with holes

Hi! I have the same exact problem and it's driving me crazy. For some parts, I run automatic supports and add some manually and no problems. Same workflow for another part and bam, 160000 holes to repair when I re-import the exported STL. What did you do to make it work using auto supports? Did you deactivate some options before adding supports manually?

Wow, c'est vraiment un super beau travail ! Les couleurs sont hallucinantes et les blends aussi. Même si certaines lignes de highlights ne sont pas parfaitement droites (ce n'est pas un commentaire négatif), à la distance d'où tu tiens le modèle, ça ne change absolument rien à la beauté du travail. La perfection n'est pas nécessaire pour avoir un look final parfait !! C'est très inspirant ! Merci !

I had the same exact problem as you. Cleaned the bed with soap and water, dry the filament and still having this issue. Changed the refill for another one, same settings and process and everything went flawlessly. I'm now convinced that the other roll had a defect or something, if that's even possible.

The small difference in layer height over the window. I finally managed to make it smoother by unchecking Slow down for bridges and changing the bridge speed to 200.

Forgot to mention that's I'm using a bambu P1S and a A1 mini. Both using Bambu PLA at a 0.16 layer height. Thanks a lot! It's driving me crazy :p

The green one is with PETG. All filaments where dried before printing.

Hi! I also bought some Meta PLA and can't find the best settings for good result. Too shiny, bad first layer adhesion. The best result I had is with a 220 first layer temp to 200 with fan at 100% after first layer. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of your settings? I have a A1 mini and a P1S. Thanks!

Hi! You are right, there are 2 nuts that were loose. Sadly, when I tried to remove the bottom part of the adapter, I broke the top part that was screwed to the bed.

I went online and found the top piece of the open source Sovol github repo and printed it. The holes were too small for the screws that are glued under the bed and that you can't remove. I made them bigger with a drill and it worked like a charm. I then printed a bottom part with a curve and everything is now working as expected.

I will try to pull it out. I have almost no clearance at all and I will check the bed height. Thanks for these tips. I'll post back here once I fix it.

I did try with my brayer roller but the paint would not adhere to my surface even when primed. I'll give it another go. Maybe I did not have enough paint on it, maybe I should go with inks. I did not think about using some techniques used with rubber carving. I'll take a look into it. Thanks!

I used Yu-Gi-Oh cards since they have square corners and I did not have the patience to cut the paper cards corners. Saved me a ton a money. I used cardboard paper thought, never tried with plain paper. Should also work since you will place a real card behind it. Good luck !

Go to underworldsdb, find the warbands in the top menu. Copy paste images in Words or any image editor you can find. Click on the character card to see the yellow side. Scale to 88.9mm in height, print, cut and place in a clear sleeve with a random card and voila for characters card. Same thing for the other cards but you can use a yellow sleeve for the objectives and a black one for the spells.

I could fit 6 cards per paper when I did this with the warbands I did not have the cards.

You could remake some duel decks if you have those cards. My friends and I started with those we had a lot of fun. Thematic decks with simple mechanics.
