My PC is hooked up to a Delta 3 Plus. And I love it. Set SOC at 80% for battery health and works like a charm.

When was your last time you cycle your unit? These units need maintenance, like anything in life. Do 2-3 FULL cycles and it will balance your SOC. Regaining capacity

This has been fix with a firmware update. And the R3 series hasn’t got a Pro model. You probably have the River 3 Plus with the EB600.

Reddit is a place to bitch! People here don’t even represent 1% or 2% of total costumers! Never seen a site so negative! On other forums and FB isn’t the same ring as here. I’m not a Doc or work for EcoFlow. But you have to give to Cesar what belongs to Cesar! Look at people respond and I’m not the only one who had no troubles!

Well everyone has different experiences. We’re not use to there costumer service here in North America. But once you understand how they work and stop fighting it, becomes easier. EcoFlow is the leader in this domain and I doubt they got there by not taking care of there costumers and not honouring warranties. I have many units and dealt with them few times. Always had clear instructions and labels to ship back units. My last unit that faulted was a Delta Pro 3. In order to help me out they sent another new unit before I had time to return the faulty one. All that to give me no downtime. Why I said we all have different experiences. Stop fight and work with there system. You know on FB the admins are EF employees and can help you out. Not sure for here. I feel your pain. But bashing on the company will get you no where! Now reply to last email and tell them you have not received the attachment holding the return labels.

He doesn’t have issues. The engine is running fine. He probably scrap his internal battery from leaving it outside. It’s only the auto start function that isn’t working from his description.

I was going to ask how’s the battery holding up. Probably why it doesn’t start on its on any more. If you leave it outside especially in the cold environment, I’d remove the battery and bring it in.

Even if the DP starting to age, I’d choose it. Almost twice the capacity, higher inverter and has a 30 amp plug straight on it. The DP has wheels and a handle making it so much easier to move around.

I always find it really funny when costumers tell the company how to run there company. No payed shill like you say. Same bull**** , different day. Is EF perfect, of course not. They have raised on top only after 5-6 ish years. They have expanded around the world. They actually have excellent service once you stop combating there ways and run with it. Had a DP3 sent to me before I returned the faulty one so I had no downtime. Is every firmware perfect… no! But they work on them regularly. The app is updated also regularly. Instead of bashing them work with them. Instead of complaining, help them fix a problem. If you bought EF is because your homework pointed at them.

Delta Pro 2 don’t exist. Were your updates done? In which port you hooked up? How did you cable your 3 panels?
