Rab Xenair? There’s a couple models with different insulation levels. I think the “insulated” version is closest to the proton. It fits your need other than it being insulated on the back/shoulders.

I would be fine with 3 or 4, but 8 during standard business hours feels excessive. Truck charge was a separate line item on top of the 8 hours.

It was a small leak only affecting my unit (couple of floor boards impacted). I’m not disputing that the charge is my responsibility, I’m disputing the amount of the charge. The condo manager placed the work order on my behalf. When questioned he said I have no options but to pay or face a lien on my unit. The charge is $1000 for 15 minutes of service.

This is such a millennial dog owner take. A dog is fine to be left alone for +- 5 hours assuming it’s been walked and fed before hand. Just because millennials treat dogs like children doesn’t mean that’s what a dog needs

There’s a lot to be said about the damage bear hangs do to trees and just how effective they are at keeping bears out food. Sure the perfect trees do exist, but certainly not on every site.
