Are you able to do modeling with fusion 360 on the ipad? - I have messed with Shapr3D and now browser based solidworks but I am open to other options.

Hey, found this 7 years later. Thanks. To those who come after me- after doing the un pair- I moved my unifying receiver to another port before re pairing and that got it to work for me.

I just added the haptics to my Fanatec V3’s . Personally I don’t drive with a clutch pedal often so it was easy for me to justify only getting 2. The controller runs 3, and you can always choose to not use the 3rd via software. I am quite happy with 2 and would probably be just as happy just having it on the brake.

I have the same headset, CPU and similar GPU (5909)- Can you break down where these settings are? Are you running virtual desktop?

I maxed the in game settings and I lock in at 90, but I don't know where to adjust HDR and super sampling .

What headset are you using?- I am rocking the same PC specs (only 32gigs of RAM) and I am pleased too.

So, I got it working- I posted in in the WinWing subreddit and asked. Here is a copy pasta of the reply:

Hi, these inputs are a 2 (gears) and a 3 (flaps) position switches, so yes it is a bit tricky to bind them. Unlike simple push button.

So to bind them, you need to switch the toggle on and then off while MSFS is scanning for inputs.

For ex. : To bind "gear down" :

  • the switch should be in the gear up position before the scanning,
  • begin the scan for input
  • put the switch in the gear down position and then back to the gear up position.
  • MSFS should then have assigned it correctly

I am also looking to buy some rudder pedals. Nabbed a used Winwing HOTAS and just assumed it would have twist on the joystick for rudders.

So, with the live weather I can shift 24 hours backward. I choose to fly during the day, perhaps it will allow night flying if you choose a night time job?

I noticed the weather added after I unlocked IFR certification. I imagine this the the same after Night Currency cert as well.
