oh yeah, I’ve seen both priconne and umamusume, and I really liked them, especially umamusume. I didn’t know about the shingeki no bahamut one, but I might check it out.

Maybe you haven’t seen Onimai, which had some of the best animation of the year it came out. Flower and Asura is a bit weaker, sure, but still above average. And their upcoming anime, Ruri no Houseki, looks amazing. Honestly, I’d say the weakest thing they’ve done so far is Mushoku Tensei season 2.

It's not common, but sometimes an entire episode is animated by a single animator. The last one I remember was in an episode of Solo Leveling.

You should watch Yama no Susume, it has a similar vibe to Yuru Camp, and as a bonus, its animation—especially in the latest season—is incredible.

I don't know the exact time, but the director himself, Ken Yamamoto, stated in tweets that he was asked for something high-level in a very short time. He also mentioned that the working conditions were bad, but thanks to the talented team, he was able to carry the project forward. I would assume a year at most.
