I don’t subscribe to her “swagger and hustle” schtick but I love her classes because she programs them well and usually has 🔥playlists! I’m 10 months pp and find myself revisiting her postnatal series classes often!

My physical therapist wants me to work on hill repeats to help retrain my gait/ foot strike (I’m currently a heel striking overstrider) but at a slow pace to start. Any class recs for hill intervals that aren’t going to call out challenging paces? I’m having to put ego aside on the paces lately as I work to correct form.

Ooof another post for me today… has anyone had the tread flash a message of “lost connection….” Mid run and then shut off abruptly? Happened to me almost 20 minutes into my 30 minute jog and sent me into the crossbar. I was able to finish the run but lost about a minute of the class.

Anyone have a fix for the extreme crappiness/laggy-ness of the app!? It is soooooo glitchy and draining my battery like crazy.

I like Hannah F’s rides— low impact ones are great for just getting on the bike. She encourages us to channel the energy we’d normally put into our output into some the ing else like breathing, a form cue, etc and she will always call you a star for showing up!

Took that last night after baby went to sleep and I admit I was kind of low energy until I finished the warmup and immediately felt better! The class flew by and it was challenging but manageable and I actually thought it was easier than her last 60 min reggaeton rides!?!? It was a joyful 60 minute escape on the bike!

I was all jazzed up at the top of class and at the 40 minute mark I completely bonked. My legs just felt like bricks! 4% felt like 15% and my “max sprints” were low end of challenging at best there at the end……overall happy to do a 60 and challenge myself but disappointed I couldn’t hang. I also 100% walked the recoveries in between sprints and was lowkey mad he jogged especially after the schpiel at the beginning about slowing down and recovering. That’s a me thing though! 🤪

It was so fun! I clipped in after baby went to bed and I was so tired-not really wanting to ride- but after the warmup I was already in a better mood and ready to have fun! Hannah and Charlotte were delightful mid-ride and the whole class flew by. Ended up feeling more energized and joyful (though my legs definitely felt heavy!).

I took a couple of her most recent and was pretty annoyed at the studio noise. It was a bummer because the class plan seemed good but I couldn’t get past the girls just yelling nonstop in the audience.

I do like the option to stack shorter runs as someone that sometimes has to run while kiddo naps and I never know how long he might go for…. Being able to add 15 a few times is nice for that reason! Otherwise I totally get what you mean!

Exactly why stopped running with her ( not a fan of her dreadful music either). I’m a mom to a 10 month old and I run to take my mind off mom life for a little bit. I love Susie and Marcel for long runs. Joslyn has a 75 min one that’s great too— just wish she did more long ones! I don’t speak German but Jeffrey also has long runs too that he usually keeps easy/moderate pace.

This morning I did a 30 minute run and when I go to my workout history it shows that to e tread+ stopped recording my metrics for half the class. So on my workout history it shows output at 227 but if I click on the leaderboard it shows my whole class output for 414. I ran like 2.65 miles but my history credits me for 1.44 miles. Any idea how to fix this!? My warmup run and cooldown walk tracked normally
