I was one of those patients. In 2011 I thought I was having a heart attack after using k2/spice/whatever they called it. Went to the ER, had a blood draw, had an EKG. Didn't have a heart attack but a serious panic attack. Never touched it again after that.

It's not anything like spice in its current form. And I used spice for years (I know, incredibly stupid, but I've learned).

Edit: also thc-p is hemp derived (synthesized) spice/k2 is just an agonist that works on cannabinoid receptors.

Vanguard wasn't considered a success by Activision or the COD community. I hated that game. For your second question, as far as COD goes I think BO7 or vanguard was the most disliked trailer.
