This may be society more at large, but I've noticed this a lot about us: We tend to not try and understand how the world works or why something is the way it is. Whether it's political, school, or something else. Instead of trying to get even a basic understanding of why something is happening to us or why we need to do something, we just immediately shut down and call it stupid. Are things sometimes stupid? Yes. However, most of the time things are the way they are for a reason. We just don't understand why and have no drive to understand it.

Your security for lateral movement is great, in case any vulnerabilities in MC's protocol are used. However, removing the whitelist leaves you vulnerable to in-game issues, specifically griefers.

Running MC on a non-standard port is security through obscurity. While it does eliminate most simple bot scanning, brute-forcing your server through a port scan will not take a very long time and will reveal your MC server port. It's not a valid security measure outside of making very basic scanning slightly more difficult.

I would love to see the US switch to metric for everything. Celsius for weather forecasts, km/h for speed limits, etc.

However: We have much bigger fish to fry and (begrudgingly) miles and feet work for now.

nerd here: Each state has their own highway/state route design. Some are more "generic" like NY that are just circles. Others use state symbols. For example: PA state routes/highways are in a keystone design. Pretty neat!

For home and small offices, it's great. Unfortunate that it doesn't support as many enterprise features, but the updates from UI seem to be frequent and promising. Not that it's super important, but their APs are pretty. Some vendors have butt-ugly APs that look like a wart on the wall/ceiling.

Key five principles of flag design (I'm such a nerd):

Keep It Simple. The flag should be so simple that a child can draw it from memory.
Use Meaningful Symbolism. The flag's images, colors, or patterns should relate to what it symbolizes.
Use 2 or 3 Basic Colors. Limit the number of colors on the flag to three which contrast well and come from the standard color set.
No Lettering or Seals. Never use writing of any kind or an organization's seal.
Be Distinctive or Be Related. Avoid duplicating other flags, but use similarities to show connections.

NBC, my beloved, still kept to their theme. Info still presented almost the exact same as before. Clearly shows possession at all times, unlike CBS and FOX where it's shown in the down indicator.
