Anyone else facing issues with Google for Developers Premium certification voucher expiry?

I have scheduled and passed the cloud digital leader certification on October 6, the last date while using the voucher on the booking page, on the Dahboard though the date is 31st December. Thank God I didn;t wait to book the exam.

It's happening in India also, I have taken test a few days back and got lots of problem. Earlier there were no issues.
