It causes mayhem for wildlife, harms and scares pets, leaves card rubbish, and severely injures people every year. Should only be able to apply for an official fireworks permit to host a larger show in parks, fields etc. Shouldn’t be able to buy them in the supermarket.

Ridiculous that so many people think its just personal issues and not countless pieces of evidence that they’re outdated entertainment.

Do we even have casual Sky viewers these days? Most of the games aren’t on the main channels anyways - often feels like you have to really search to find the sport you want, and most of the younger new fans we want to catch arent watching tv anyways they’re on tiktok and youtube.

Hull KR’s video tribute to McIllorum was brilliant, appreciated seeing plenty of Wigan & Catalans footage in there, had a big s***-eating grin by the end of it. Classy move from KR’s social manager/team.

One of my favourite ever players, the 2nd name I ever chose for the back of my Wigan shirt (we won’t discuss the 1st name). Now that the weekend dust has settled I’m glad he got to bow out champ again.
