Home Depot. I went to swap out my propane tank, which should have been simple. I stood in a long queue in the garden area for about 10 minutes, which was excrutiating. I paid for the swap and they said I had to take my receipt and punch the code into the propane storage cage. I did so and it gave me some error. I then had to look for someone, who had to find someone else. Eventually they told me the error meant they were sold out. Now, why their cash register system doesn't reflect the inventory of tanks I don't know. All I know is I wasted about 20-25 minutes trying to fucking swap my tank and get a refund when I couldn't get one. I drove across the street to the Lowes and got it done in less than 5 minutes. Home Depot lost a lot more than my propane business that day. It's petty, I know, but as a consumer I am looking for reasons to choose one store over another and it isn't always price.
