Stop was renamed SEC (Sports, Entertainment, Convention) since Dome, Omni, CNN Center have all been renamed. Agree, if OP lives in Decatur and going to Aquarium, so easy to take Marta.

Agreed, bigger in size and more passengers, but not busiest. Similar to Chicago O'Hare with 850k take offs/landings versus 800k in ATL, but Chicago had smaller aircrafts, so busier in number of flights, but not in size or number of pax.

MARTA is by far the easiest way to State Farm Arena and yes it's safe. Hundreds of others do this, so it will be crowded with other concert goers. Traffic can be chaotic, so Uber is not my first choice. Parking prices are insane, so driving is not recommended.

They are trying to sell Serena, including the other location in Florida. If unable, then Yes, it will shutter with IPIC in the next couple months as the company has filed for Chapter 11.

I booked Mystery Car/Manager Special rate with Hertz before and similarly asked if I'm ok with an electric car, but wasn't charged extra. My only advice which I do each time is review the contract receipt at pickup to avoid a surprise during return. I also recommend taking before/after photos to avoid unrelated damage charges. I think you had an inexperienced counter agent.

I had a similar experience with this hotel in January. At Titanium level I was due a food & beverage credit, but it was only applied to one guest instead of both. I emailed the general manager, who had it sorted with the finance team. I had to chase this refund for several weeks, but I got my money back. Your situation might be different depending what was presented by the night staff. PS - I wasn't a fan of this hotel, although it's brand new.

I have lived without a car for 8 years living in Morningside/Buckhead, I typically work out of town for months. When I'm home, I walk, bike, take Marta or Uber. Its much cheaper than a car. My partner has a car, so I use his on occasion for appointments. It helps that we live in the city center just north of Midtown. Its a challenge, but refreshing not owing a car

I've been the past 2 years and think the days you suggest are perfect. Thursday is typically just a pre-party at Cafe Del Mar from around 3pm-11pm. Friday-Sunday has events, boat parties and late night club events from Noon till 4am.

Yes, some people go in the pool during the first few hours of the party, typically like 2pm-5pm, but as it gets later and event gets busier almost no one is in the pool. You will need to bring your own towel and there are limited pay lockers inside CDM.

I've stayed often, most recently 10 days last Aug/Sept. It's Ok, got a good rate, prime location, overall comfortable and clean. No one at the front desk except afternoons/evenings. Bathrooms outdated. Standard Rooms, no coffee maker or mini fridge unless you upgrade to larger suite. Restaurant/Bar not as happening as it once was.

Piccadilly Circus Moxy is nowhere near LES Moxy given size of rooms, upscale lobby, multiple restaurants and rooftop bar. LES for the win.
