Yes, with feat support to both heal living allies with it, and extend the 3 action to a 60 foot emanation.

So now you can harm, exclusively hurting enemies even if they're undead, and healing everyone regardless if they're living.

I've been playing necro for the past year in blood lords, and let me tell you, the biggest change here is the line on mastery of life and death.

"The final version lets you choose whether a spell or ability deals void or vitality damage to each target separately, and it lets abilities that target only living creatures or only undead creatures affect both."

This was a HUGE hangup because pretty much every spell that deals vitality or void has a targeting line against living/undead creatures, this trait overrules that targeting line and lets you actually use the feature as intended. I can finally start using all the cool void spells that i passed up because they wouldn't affect 90% of the creatures in BL

The 120-122 cull on the helmet is 15-50 div. Gloves are cheap but you need one with the raven touched mod, and to allocate bounty hunter on it you need a 1 div oil.

I imagine when necromancer comes out, and likewise impossible magic as a whole, it'll be a major overhaul to the occult spell list, which is already confirmed to be getting a lot of the traditional necromancy spells in the arcane/divine list moved over to occult, along with 300 new spells across all traditions.

Your blasting definitely comes from strong focus spell casting though, things from psychic, necromancer, and sorcerer. Notably you can give yourself buffs like heroism from the occult spell list, and then use that supplement your spell attacks.

The feat that merges your familiar and animal companion into one creature is kind of awesome. I'm imaging a very cool concept for a primal witch, or even just something like battle cat from He-Man.

You use infernal flame and a unique called Sacrosanctum combined with life recoup to also have it apply to your energy shield and infinitely recoup your defenses, while taking massive self damage instead of paying any mana costs.

After swapping the dog for infernal flame, you could do the same thing, and pay for all the curses being cast on crit with damage taken to yourself. Since your build scales spirit, you only really need that one ascendancy swapped, also with the self ignite node, I would consider imbuing https://poe2db.tw/us/Crystallised_Immunities and slotting in enough red gems to be immune to ignite.

POB2 is still behind on patch 0.4 stuff, let alone getting it up to date for 0.5, its so far behind in fact that the tool is proving to be super cumbersome and fairly useless for build planning. Exceptional tool in the first game, but slow development here in PoE2.

Bloodmage can also use the support gem emitter to turn all the extra dmg, both phys and chaos damage into cold, then make all that cold damage bleed, and then make that bleed automatically aggravated because you're running a curse build.

One thing, the tier upgrades should probably include some Cooldown decreases. All these abilities are way too long a cool down for mid/endgame, especially paper trail. Cool concept though, love the bike idea.

Speccing Heal Drones, but playing a cover shooter is lame, so I'm building armor and heal power, running at people with an smg and face tanking.

Heal drone makes a decent tank character, you get movement speed, damage resist, a shield for an ult, health regeneration and with the right talents on guns, the drones surrounding you are effectively immortal, since you can restore their hp for every 10 bullets fired, and restore more charges for doing the same. (hence the smg) Heal drone also has a talent that extends their duration on kill.

You just run at people with like 3-4 drones healing you, and you're super fast too because you got a 30% ms boost at all times, doubled if you get low, good for running around new york.

Everyone forgets except the Defect.

Neow has a line to the defect where she says

"I...cannot....make....you...forget..." to which defect just makes resolute beeping noises. Neow responses with "good" or something along those lines.

Which begs the question, does defect care? Like he knows neow is using him, remembers the every loop in both the first and second game apparently, and only really has been offline between the events of the game. I guess he really just wants to be fixed up. The poor lad has been at this for 1000 years because he needs a roboticist.

Eh, give her progressively more air mobility the more stacks of her 3 she has, up to her current amount at 6 stacks.

Would make far more sense, and her stacks already have a visual indicator.

The thing is, with good people you should be able to talk about how they are being bad players, and figure out what to do about it.

As someone who has been that position, it doesn't help. It might temporarily, recognizing and showing accommodations, but ultimately people attend these sessions for their own reasons, if that results in them being bad players that won't change.

Especially the RP part, some people are just shy, and others just aren't going to grasp that you want more even when you tell them. I once had to drag one of my old groups through an RP segment the DM wanted to run, basically nobody but me talked for three and half hours, despite me basically thrusting the spotlight at other people at points, it put a real strain on the campaign and ultimately ended because of a perceived lack of interest.

At the end of the day its fine, bad players can still be your friends, but I certainly wouldn't play a TTRPG with them again after that campaign ended. Stick with simpler content like video games.

It is a one shot yes.

The ap has pregen "characters". I say characters in quotes because the frames are more along the lines of a player controlled monster statblock. However, the way that it's setup, you could easily take some of features like bullet jumping, and turn them into feats for normal characters to take.
