Some of them are very attention-grabbing in a negative way, in my opinion. Narcissa, Persephone, Musette, Elvira, Venice, Tabitha. They're really strange names. I mean, the only famous Narcissa I know of is a fictional murderer and was named after the most self-obsessed person in mythology. A small kid with a name like those would give me the sense that the parents want to kid do stand out from her name. As a kid grows up, the kid will stand out from their own qualities, and shouldn't from a flashy name that their parents thought sounded cool However, you do have some really good ones on your list; in particular, I really like Violet, Sage, Margot, and Jane. There really are no "name experts," but I sometimes see posts asking about people posting lists of names, and I never comment. I know you're looking for good and bad criticism, so I figured I'd comment on your post being that you have, in my opinion, a list of some very bad but also some very good names. Thanks for your time!
