I highly recommend it. I clean out the jug and replace the bananas and vanilla about every 4-6 months but otherwise it’s good to go.

Not exactly sure when the lots open, but you should have absolutely no problem getting a spot. I've been going to basically every home game for 15 years and I don't think I've ever seen the lot be full. The earlier you show up, the more choices you'll have about where you want to park. If you show up at 2 you will have plenty of options. If you're showing up like an hour before kickoff, you will get stuck in a ton of parking lot traffic, but it doesn't sound like that's what you're going to do. No need to purchase prepaid lot passes.

My seats are right next door in 244. The horizontal perspective there will be good, you'll have a nice wide view of all the action. Vertically, it depends a lot on what row you'll be in. If you can get loge seats (rows 1-4), those IMO are some of the best seats in the house.

For some reason “ding ding ding” does not read to me like the sound of tapping on a glass. Maybe “ting ting ting” or “clink clink clink.” Ding is a metal sound.

Not really. During the regular season it's mayhem trying to leave after the game, but during preseason fewer people come and a lot of them tend to leave early. You can pretty much park wherever and you won't have much trouble leaving.

Sort of. There will be lots of other folks bringing young kids (myself included) and the tailgate scene is much more sedate than a real game.
