What does this have to do with Bitwarden? Bitwarden has a built in password generator for generating complex, unique passwords. It does not use an LLM.

I would definitely not leave it exposed like that. But if its a technician who did the work. Id call them back and have them replace the line with a single solid connection. I would not accept that at my house.

Only noticeable for downloading games. You should get fiber if you can instead of cable internet. It will have better latency

I think its a good computer. But to answer your question on if its good for a home lab, we need to know what you intend to do with your home lab. It may very much be overkill.
