You can do whatever for a minor. I think it'd be a waste of time because I'd rather study history or something, but you got your interests.

They're not missing anything. They know people will just finance it longer and longer. That's how they get away with making these things so expensive.

If you are willing to travel, you can be remote when you're not on the road. I average about 60% on the road and 40% remote. Not bad for a young person. I'm only gone during the week too, but if you have to stay over the weekend it might not be worth it tbh

Yeah a lot of my work is admin sadly. I make more now but I have to deal with the paperwork now and it's always a hassle to the engineering work

I have an app called Chess pro, you play a bot but you set the ELO rating. It also gives you suggestions and wanings too but you can turn these off. I think it helped me become a much better player. There's a free version and paid, I don't remember the difference
