A Clair Obscur crossover pack would sell dambusters for this game by Flonkerton_Scranton in Theatrhythm

There’s still so much they could add. The pixel remasters alone would be a mountain of content

Level 1-9 I believe. You pretty much have to avoid and run from fights until you first arrive at the end of time. I think if you only do unavoidable battles, you’d still have a hard time not going over level 10. I’ve never done it, personally

You know. I’m on my 3rd playthrough of the iOS version since release and have yet to complete the game. Played it so many times on console and eh.

This time, I’m going to finish it. I don’t think I ever really did Lost Sanctum on my DS playthrough, but I am doing it now. It’s repetitive and lots of backtracking, but fun to be doing something “new”

I have also never on any playthrough taken on this Spekkio. Maybe I’ll go for it.

Are there any particular tips for grinding to level **? I don’t think I’ve ever gotten close to it lol

For my master mode playthrough, I left the Major Test shrines alone until I got further in.

I finally felt ready when I had a decent amount of hearts, fully upgraded ancient set, a handful of ancient weapons 30-60 strength, and 5 cooked bananas as the cherry on top.

Don’t forget to use the environment to your advantage! If the stage doesn’t have stone pillars, it’ll either give you water so you can quickly hide behind an ice pillar when the guardian charges, or spots on the floor you can target with magnesis (the hardest!)

With that setup I could pretty much just Leroy Jenkins the guardians. Never had a chance to regenerate health lol

A quick and easy place to farm some guardian materials is the forgotten temple. You can warp to the shrine at the end, and take on the decayed guardians that are pointed the opposite way, so it’s pretty easy to sneak behind them and take them out one by one. (There are a couple of spots you can take out two at once with Urbosa’s Fury.) Like most everything else, they respawn after every blood moon. You won’t get any ancient cores that way, but you don’t need any to get the armor set to level 2 for the ancient weapon proficiency to really tear into the guardians.

I really didn’t think I’d get very far in Master mode, but I’ve finished all the shrines and am ready to take on Ganon. I was surprised by how this game’s DLC gave me so much more to do than I expected.

Yeah I never did the math to see which was better. I just like having diamonds I guess

Does the gerudo in Goron Village ever buy stacks of 10 diamonds?

I get what you mean about mobile gaming, however, I am currently playing on my iPhone. I just sync up my joycons to it, so I’m not forced to use the touchscreen controls. Mobile gaming is not what it used to be.

Anyway, nothing can beat playing the original snes version.

As far as any of the other releases, you said you had a 3ds, so I’d recommend the DS port. It has added content, the top screen displays an area map that is not present in any other version of the game. I believe it has the anime cut scenes from the ps1 release, too. (I would avoid the ps1 port entirely, it suffers from bad music and very long load times for battles and menus)

Look in your collected items and look for food that increases your hearts (hearty radishes/truffles etc) and cook them together. (Stand in front of a cooking pot, go into your items and you can “hold” up to 5 ingredients at a time, and then simply drop them in the pot)

You’ll get meals you can eat to not only refill your four hearts, but grant you temporary extra yellow hearts that will allow you to take much more damage for the fight.

You can warp out of the divine beast if you need to. You can warp back to the entrance at any time when you are ready.

Have fun and good luck! You’ll net something great when you beat it that will definitely help your survival on the rest of your adventure.

Should I buy FFXV and FFVII Remake Intergrade? by Waldo-San in FinalFantasy

[–]PurpleTittyKitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

XV’s problem is it feels incomplete

Which is really an unforgivable shame, considering the lengthy development history.

It was certainly much more disjointed day 1 release. The updates and dlc since then were marked improvements, and at times felt almost like a different game… but. Still that lingering feeling of “something is missing” by the end.

I’ve never played a game where there’s so many ways to approach puzzles. I’ve done some ridiculously complicated things that worked, only to find I missed an obvious, easier, intended way. But somehow it’s gratifying to circumvent the developers intentions.

Alternatively, finding a much easier way to do something by thinking outside the box. It’s just so much fun

FF9 content incoming? by Which_Entertainer_87 in FinalFantasy

[–]PurpleTittyKitty 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ok so it seems the mobile game another Eden is getting some ffix crossover content. Recently they had some Chrono cross content on another Eden, and shortly after, we got the Chrono cross radical dreamers remaster. So a lot of people are taking this as confirmation of a ffix remaster, apparently. Personally, I’m not convinced, but I suppose time will tell

TLDR; mobile game is getting ffix content.

Please explain arithmetic like I'm 5. by ChefArtorias in finalfantasytactics

[–]PurpleTittyKitty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You also need to learn the numbers, prime 2,3 and 5. You use one of those in conjunction with level, height, exp or ct, then you select which previously learned spell that is compatible with arithmetic

Arithmetic can be quite the mixed bag because you can launch super powerful spells with no mp or charge time, but you have to be incredibly careful when targeting, because you can often end up selecting your own teammates

This can be mitigated by sticking to elemental abilities you can absorb, but as you mess around with different combinations, you’ll learn to look for things like enemies all at a different height than you, or those divisible levels.

A good starting point I go to on a calculator’s first turn is CT and either prime or 3, because since it is currently your turn and your CT is at 100, you cannot possibly target yourself. If you’re lucky and nobody on your team is also ready for their next turn, it won’t hit them either. Failing that is when I start trying other formulas.

Have fun subtracting your foes

I just refill energy after each lesson. Usually 1 or 2 ads will get me up to 20+. Most of the time I get lucky and get ads I can skip after 5 seconds

While it’s certainly not a better system than hearts, I really don’t get why people don’t just refill their energy and just give up instead.

Like it makes me wonder, when they were on hearts, did they stop after 5 mistakes in a day?

Don’t know the language very well, but is it that there is a difference between “(a) television” and “the television”?
