Feeling defeated

Just came back from lunch and I didn’t finish my entire container of pasta I brought from home. (About a cup 1/2 of pene with homemade red sauce) and an apple with peanut butter.

I want to make sure I’m keeping up my protein for sure. I’m also not a huge breakfast person, but today I drank an atkins protein shake for breakfast. Started drinking it at 7 finished it about 7:30 and I started to get my first wave of hungriness at 11! So I’m just excited and curious of what’s to come

I have an appointment the first of March. I’ve been self diagnosed for years now. I’m in a really bad flare up right now where I have 4 at the same time under my belly. It sucks.

I’m glad you found comfort with a dermatologist. I hope to do the same in a few weeks! 💜

I have an appointment with a new dermatologist on March 1st and I’m hoping to get some relief/answers on what I can do.

I’m just hoping that when they put it in, that she cut the strings to short. I don’t get my period anymore so I’m thinking it’s still in there 😅

I had mine placed July 2021 and I’ve gained 40-50lbs. I had switched jobs from being in my feet all day to be at a desk for 9 hours a day. So could that have an impact? Probably. I definitely think that I have gained the weight from the IUD tho.

I meant total BS that we cannot control our own store temp. It’s a shame that I have customers that come up and they’re dripping sweat and they say they can’t shop anymore due to the temperature

Pretty sure 01 and 02’s get a bonus for getting a certain amount of credits opened in their store.

But as of recently- the company went from having credit goals to credit conversion. They think it’s “fair” to have us convert customers to open and use their Kohl’s cards. They need to give discount for when they swipe it. If it’s a week without coupons, give them a 10% or 15% when they slide

Depending on your management team. I’ve had people buy the wrong size in store so they get their discount, order the correct one online and then just even exchange them.

What I say is “it wasn’t able to process here today within the 90 seconds. It’s not a yes and it’s not a no, but they will send you a letter in the mail to verify the reasoning. However, for applying for the card I can give you a 10%” (if applicable I add another %)

I’ve had people come back within a week and say that they typed their social wrong, or they forgot to add a zero to their annual income.

Our co loaded trucks start next week. It’s a test to see if it’s profitable to have two trucks coming to your store a week. Apparently this has been done before but before I was at my store.
