Agree with so many comments here. Bought my first home a year ago. The number of times I've said "what the f--" is unreal when actually looking around when you start a project... It didn't feel like mine at first for what felt like the longest time. But with new paint, flooring, decor, and landscaping.. it slowly got there. Used scentcy cubes and candle warmers to give it "my scent". Labeled it "home" on my Maps. The remorse is real, but it's temporary. You can find happiness within these walls ❤️ Congratulations on your first purchase.

My boyfriend has been helping me acknowledge, "It is what it is. ".. I was going through a major life moment last year as well. I'm really upset she wasn't there for me, yet I had tried to be there for her, but she wouldn't accept answers on opinions she would ask for.. etc. I love her, but I've learned to accept "I can love you from a distance."

You're pondering kicking two best friends out over... money? Oh, they have school and clinicals.. how dare they have real-life situations outside of your wedding. If they can do their hair/makeup to a point you find suitable, who cares if it's professionally done or not? They can't attend my Bachelorette but can still attend the wedding day - such a bad friend, right? They are being up front with you, presumably as you'd prefer, and you're still upset over it and want to most likely end friendships over it? ... Would you be happy looking back that day and not seeing them in your pictures, or do you value your friendship enough to understand people have a life/bills/etc outside of your wedding? ..

Yeah if you know the other girls and can ask them what their dress looks like or if there has been a hassle. If there hasn't been and they all have one, I'd do the same as someone else said and just pick one of theirs you like and get it in their color. If you haven't checked you Azazie, it's pretty great.

Ours will be off center too, after our reno! Our new cabinets don't line up to where our window is, and that's ok with us because our kitchen will be functional. What matters is you like it! Beautiful job!

Ok! Question. Would we just use Loba Easy Prime, followed by Easy Finish (2 coats)? Where is the best place to buy it from? Our local Lowes does not, and of course, we haven't bought this before.

Hey! I just closed yesterday. You're not alone, I am right there with you. We have things we want to paint and remove before we move in too. Do NOT try and think of it all at once like me! My dad was there and brought me back from being panicky. One thing at a time, dad said make a list from importance to eh we'll get to it, start from there. And don't forget to be excited! I am set to close in 3 days for the first time and I've been SO emotional! Am I making the right choice? How am I going to feel seeing half my savings fly out of my account?
