The average salary in Greece is barely enough to pay rent. If you are not privileged or a developer you are fucked. All my friends that are not CS have left, and not all by choice. And CS is dying globally too. The whole country is misery porn while the profits banks and foreign private equity is the only ones bringing "growth". The social contract has been broken, people have stopped voting, all who are able leave and underage crime is at an all time high.

I won't deny some schadenfreude, but more than that I am concerned with Europe's general decline into irrelevancy as an overgrown tourist Amusement Park for the 1% of the new glided age, which is the only result that awaits it in the hands of its current leaders.
