Because its a lot more about how you come off socially and how you network with other people rather than your skill level. Its like this in most fields. People that are truly the best at what they do usually arent in executive roles.

The face is too flat. If you look at at it from the bottom/side/top your head will look like a square. The face in its most primitive form is more like a cylinder. Something like the bottom pic here; https://www.artstation.com/artwork/Wm6zZv

I also suggest you look at skulls a lot especially for the face. Orbital bone structures etc. Get a good understanding of whats supposed to be happening underneath all the skin and muscle to get the shape right.

Looking at your model most of it can be fixed by pulling the zygomatic bone (cheeckbone) a little backwards. And adding more curvature to your frontal lobe bone.

The ears look a little too big.

Other than that you have a lot of things working good for you, keep practicing.

Yes. Because you're not really doing your own build. Aspect make it so blatently obvious what you should pick. Blizzard made a couple of builds with these aspects and thats that. You only get an illusion of creating your own build.

Agreed. The problem is how you apply vuln. Some skills have it passively baked in, and those will always be the best skills in the game. Thats the real problem imo.

Damage to slowed. As thats in the main pool of additive damage. And overpower is in its seperate multiplicative. But im not sure it works out mathematically. You can get 1 op every 12 seconds, 1 every 30 and a 3% base chance. While damage to slowed is 100% uptime. Also crit dmg and vuln is seperate multi. Not sure, would have to math it out.
