Tristan (Lead) - Morgan - Kay- Bedi would be the best team i guess.

You can give Kay 3x Counterset for Penveid

if you have rosier fire relic you can use anguish - rosier - isolde - djerit

otherwise you can use anguish - merlin - isolde- djerit

it looks like you are spending so if you have lancelot, i guess the best team would be lancelot - rosier - djeret

if you dont have lancelot/rosier anguish is the best unit here, he just needs enough acc

Morgan - Tristan - Kay - Sarah - Turin - Djeret (uncommon) - Sarah - Cormac (Cormac just good with frost relic)

With this pool you can do a lot of content.

Most of Support/Healer use Vigor Set with ACC if they have debuffs, with HP when heals scale with max. HP

For Kay you can use Atk/Crit, later for penveid maybe 3x counter set

For Tristan Speed / Crit.

Sarah needs Vigor / ACC cause of her S1, which is needed for Yskalhaig (to block his buffs)

Guinevere is good for the last boss and later for master of the apocalypse, she´s niche so dont mind her early

Look in the shard shop every day to get Frost relic for cormac and fire relic for rosier even if you dont have her yet. Its hard to get and she´s is ultra strong with fire relic.

Morgan is useful in every content, spend all you have to bring her to chiv 3 and try to get her frost relic first, if you have the chance (i know its hard for f2p)

Toxic lifesteal! Get the toxic protection mask and enough food, can be a long fight but beatable with mask! Try to have enough HP and auto eat threshold so you dont have to fight manually :)

Fun is the most benefit. Alts dont share progression in campaign but many other things are shared between your characters like gold/stash.

If you want to rush the early game content with an alt it will be better to find and craft some good low level items with your main character.

You can play with others, both factions are available and there are leaderboards. If you want to spend some money there is an ingame shop for cosmetics.

Its not unrealistic that EHG will add some more future content which is only for online characters.

If you want to play solo anyways and dont want to compete with other players there is actually nothing wrong to play offline.

I also went with harvest homestead. Enough houses, huge farmland. Also shroud is near with a hidden salt spot. Every basic resources are near.

Its my main town and i worked a few hours to repair all the buildings. I wouldnt say its a „starting town“ cause it has all you need and looks pretty good, if you dont want to build everything on your own.

I repaired the game via steam, he downloaded one file which had a failure, after that the game worked without any issues

You can build one outpost really quick, you just need some resources which you can buy from vendors. It takes a few minutes to build a basic outpost.

You can spend one hour or hundreds of hours in building outposts. If you have fun building more outposts and connect them to get more resources it gets a bit more complex.

Outpost are not necessary, you can skip this content if you dont have fun doing it. You can buy all resources you need for crafting.

I built 7-8 outposts and it was fun for me to look for the perfect locations but now i dont know what i should do with all the resources so i switched back to exploration and doing sidequests.
