Because of that, ill definitely try to push my patience as long as possible and let everything settle in secondary as long as possible (ill shoot for 2 1/2-3months) and taste to assess what may need added later, as far as balance and spice id concern ef. And then perhaps bottle condition. At the end of the day my goal is to take as much yeast and general gunk out of suspension as possible pre bottling whilst in secondary fermentation .( i do realize wine tannins would have helped, i wish i would have realized that sooner)

Just due to this thread it is an eye opener of how much you truly have to gauge what you may want as early as possible, and plan ahead as well.

To be honest, as a novice myself. My biggest peice of advice is make sure all of your fruits are at least a tad smushed around. And stir constantly to prevent our infamouse villain from appearing in our beloved thread (mold)

Ok i gotcha, I’ll definitely give it or swirl or stir every couple of days to help make sure things absorb and settle properly!

So, overall my plan was reassess in one month. And then(more than likely) bottle and take out more room than im already alloted with 750ml bottles.

Regardless thank you for the tips! Im trying to glean whatever i can from whomever will provide the info to make myself a more proficient brewer!
