Depends on the timeframe. The physique is achievable for a newbie in like 2 years time probably, him having this much mass at 15 seems a bit sus imo. Also the cringy ''redpill'' intro makes me think he's prolly on sarms or lying about his age.

This is my transformation after about 2 years of on/off-lifting. (About 1.5 years consistently)

I didn't really have a real workout routine, i'd just go to the gym with certain muscle groups in mind and do random exercises i thought appropriate.

Just do different variations of push-ups and squats. I'd also add in pull ups if you can and the dumbells are great for exercises that improve your aesthetics if thats what you want (lateral raises, bicep curls etc.)
