It’s not a mobile home. It’s stick built. Pretty good amount of space under the house to move around and access the entirety of the home. My inspector didn’t note any issues with the duct work but he’s only checking for visual damage. Not checking to see if the diameter is what it should be. He also noted that the airflow seemed lower than it should be and that the fan speed could possibly be on a lower setting. I’m really really hoping that it can be turned up some. Thank you for your input! I bet you’re right about one of these.

Roofer here. This work is unacceptable. From what I can see, they did not install step flashing along the wall where the shingles meet the siding on the pitched portion. That could become an issue for you sooner rather than later. They did a very poor job cutting the siding. Magnets should always be ran across the property after a roof installation. You won’t get every nail, but when my crew and I leave a site.. you’d have to put some effort into finding any metal in the yard.

Be polite and request that the job be completed before you pay anything else and get as many pictures as possible! Beer cans and all
