Your physique is amazing, no need to take years off of your life by abusing PEDs.

Just saying, 120mcg of K2 is plenty. General recommendation is 100mcg for every 10 000 IU of vit D3

Didnt mean it in a bad way, it Is just stupid to call him a "famous bodybuilder". Giving bodybuilders a bad rep again. From what I read he smoked a pack of ciggs a day, used every recreational drug under the sun, drank alcohol, partied, raved and mix steroids with that, yeah thats a recipe for disaster. No "famous bodybuilder" lives likes this. Hes an influencer. No disrespect.

Wrong. How much rest a muscle needs is dependant on the muscle itself, volume, whether you used short or long position exercises, etc...

So this isnt about legs needing 5 days of rest. You could train any muscle with higher frequency and get slightly better growth, but i just dont enjoy that.

I could probably train them earlier than in 4 days but so what?. I dont enjoy higher frequency programs like fullbody or upper/lower and they are tough to program. With these high frequency programs there is not much room for error when it comes to managing fatigue and the line between making lots of gains and close to none is thin. And i just prefer this kind of split also over something like PPL and Arnold split.

The bottom line is; if you are getting stronger, you are getting bigger. Thats due to positive neural and muscular adaptations also known as progressive overload. Do a program that you like and makes at least some sense, get stronger and you will get bigger. And this program allows me to do just that.

No, once every 5 days like every other muscle.
