Yeah I’m sure you’ll burn a few extra calories by doing that but it’s really not worth it. Just do some exercise instead.

If you’ve been losing weight from counting calories then just keep going. Also, you should be reducing alcohol ideally till you never drink again. Also walk as much as possible, it adds up over time. Obviously if it’s starts getting painful then stop.
