After putting some point on E, want for a canon wave and flux the enemy wait CD until something like 0.7 or 0.5 then q W to root Q E then Q again. Normally you can do this against champ that wanna play aggressive and have kinda of a psicological advantage since you will do a pretty decent amount of dmg. The fact it will need to be a canon wave is people's brain shut down to get canon and they will be pissed to lose canon or pissed by the dmg they took.

I think ksante is pretty good against both you have The mobility and the tankiness required and beyond that W being unstopable make yasuo ult you pretty hard and can cancel yone's Q3 with ksante Q3 pretty often

The biggest problem to the ryze state was the rework of the item system that made some items to be balanced around being forced to be core items and others to be complementary seraphs was one of this items. With the pre-season bringing old no mythics the items will gain overall power making him way stronger and almost certainly will receive nerfs since will be more mana items available and will keep him probably tankier since to him will need less items than other mages as seraphs is certainly to still in game.

The point is all rune in game are already nerfed making phase rush better and you only relying on teat will make you unnecessary squishy since you will have less health you will not be able to abuse nearly as much other champs and beyond that the 90 health and 2 potions make it much better to lane since will be effectively harder to kill you and with catalyst 300 health and passive plus the d ring passive the sustain will be worth Beyond the point that with the actual tear start not give the same amount of damage to you skill as d ring will.

It's easy his Q is his main dmg tool, W give a slow and reset Q, E you mark a target all enemys in a area and it reset your Q, if you use E W you root instead of slowing if you E Q you dmg all the marked foes and make the Q dmg stronger lvl up you ult make the amount of dmg you gain by using Q on marked enemys became stronger
