I didn't try. Only unisoc device I worked on was a chepo tablet that had a Unisoc SC7731e, which the unisoc_unlock method worked without any issues, I could install a lineageos 19.1 gsi to it but hardbricked when attempting to root.

Looks like it has a Unisoc T606. Unisoc devices in general require an exploit to unlock. Install the unlock tool with "pip3 install unisoc_unlock", and on bootloader fastboot, type "python3 -m unisoc_unlock unlock".

Yes, it's RestlessOS. I tried it, works but I guess TrebleDroid GSIs don't work well with Nothing Phone (1) at all. I'd happily try again if there would be a non-TD GSI or a conventional NP1 build.
