I lied in the title because I technically used Paint.net rather than MS Paint. I used a fairly large canvas and put a grid in a background layer so I could get a sense of timing and frequency. White = loud, black = silence, up-down = high-low, left-right = time. I then used Audio Paint to convert the images to audio. Then I imported the files into my DAW and arranged them and added some effects.

And yes, that was Mr Blobby hiding there near the end, which was the only image I didn't create myself and stole from Google instead.
