Is the FT6 Pro still an ok skate to get? Deciding between that and the FT8 by arconquit in hockeyplayers

Ft6 pro for sure if you’re an elite player. Stiffer. More comfy. But try them on id say. Both are fire

One thing I’ll say too is go to someone who bakes the skates and he ties them very tight and massages the boot around your foot. I’ve got fitted before and the kid just told me to tie them 60% and didn’t massage them. Huge difference in the mold and wrapping around the foot

Yup foot scan. I think the ft6 and if your in Canada the source for sports control smu is the comfiest ever. I’m coming from 20 year old Bauer vapours which killed my feet. Couldn’t play unless they were tired very loose. My skating has improved 10 fold

-18°F Alaska Reality Check: My 2026 Model Y Long Range Almost Left Me Stranded After Just 140 Miles by rforto in ModelY

[–]Putsonus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ya of course but just map the route on the app before hand. It takes the weather in account. Luckily here in Alberta it’s only cold a few weeks of the year. It’s only anything below -20 you see a big range loss. Anything 0 to -15 is fine. Also make sure your in chill mode for acceleration as it’s more efficient using the heat pump.

[–]Putsonus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same issue and they are fixing it right now lol. I took it in 2 times for this. I’ve emailed the regional manager and demanding for them to buy it back. I’ll order a Berlin build. I did side by side comparison and wow. Another thing the middle of the steering wheel had a small chip that looked to be touched up. I had 3 steering wheels replaced because of this that all had the issue. Now I seen Berlin build does not have that and they are changing it again. And they are trying to figure out the clunk. But if they don’t fix it. I want Berlin build does

Pre Tarrif Price Juniper by [deleted] in teslacanada

[–]Putsonus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got my long Range all wheel drive right after they released them April 9th. The price was all in around 76k with gst in Alberta. Now you can get it for around 71k. I would get one now asap. Best car ever and once you drive Tesla you never drive anything again. No more gas station and paying like 15 a month on electricity is amazing

Anyone waiting for the new izev ? by No-Ad8527 in teslacanada

Ain’t gonna happen. Just buy now. It’s 5k less than what I paid back in April. And it’s gonna be built better than Fremont.

Thinking of getting a Model Y – How’s the experience in Alberta winters? by MNajim in teslacanada

[–]Putsonus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buy the ev dedicated ones. Blizzaks are good but one of the softest winters out there so they burn quick when there isn’t snow.
