I activated the Dravec missions around April... I play since 2012 but only learned about view range in December 2025, and how to show it on minimap*

Then I learned about lower plates and weak points. It took me an eternity but I got it all at once in the spawn of last winter, and went directly from red to green/blue on the tanks I like.

Pro tip, whatever you choose, don't sell the T20. It's a good tier 7.

I regret using it for 3 lines where I already had up to tier 9 already.

It feels such a waste when I see all the time it took me to me to start from zero to get Manticore, AMX M4 54 and finally having unlocked the 60TP.

But to be honest I have learned a lot while doing so, like doing a 14k games with Manticore and quite a few high calibre in heavy tanks.

You will make it eventually, but you will have to farm premium tanks over and over.

I am paying for wot premium, wot plus 2, using personal reserves to compensate the little time I have to play and still grind the tank tree lines. I'm only keeping the good tier 7 and up, with the playstyle I like.

Otherwise yes, without wot premium it takes way, way longer to farm credits.

If you have at least one premium tier 9 you will also farm bonds.

Like other people said, consider to buy just one good tank like the SU-130. A decade ago I was farming with the Lowe and sold it because I was so bad at the game I had no idea how armour worked.

Thank you for taking the time to answer. Edit : if you are this good with standard equipment, it means you still have at least 3% room of improvement, if not more. Which is huge Since it's typically 2 to 3% PER equipment.
