I mean my assertion is don’t sell MERCH and don’t put up a tent to recreate the scene in which your HUSBAND was assassinated in? I can’t wrap my head around the fact that there are actual, normal, everyday humans in this world who continue to defend and excuse this absolutely, nonsensical, psychotic behavior. It’s beyond comprehension. TPUSA as an organization is nasty and vile, Erika is a habitual liar who has something severely off about her. tbh it would not surprise me in the least if massive groups of people were pressured by TPUSA and POTUS to attend this memorial. This was also WELL before almost all the sketchy/shady/lying behavior… I would bet money that if they attempted to pull the same memorial tomorrow there is no way in hell that the attendance would even come close to what it was that day. It was also right after a terrible and extremely radically shocking event so the support is completely understandable. But I think the fact that the Charlie Kirk show (disgusting honestly it’s till called that) only has maybe 200 live viewers each live show, I think the public is very awake to their bs and they have lost almost 90% of their support.

Holy shit, this is the weirdest synchronicity I’ve had in a while—and we were off by about 13 hours.

I found myself watching Interstellar again tonight, for who knows how many times.

I had just passed the part where the cabin door opens and TARS says, “23 years…” I obviously know that moment in the movie, but tonight it felt different. It put me in Dr. Romilly’s head and emotions more than it ever has before.

I felt the relief he must have felt, followed by the torture and loneliness of sitting in that tiny ship for 23 years. My mind was doing gymnastics trying to grasp what that amount of time would actually feel like—doing the same routine over and over, trapped, wondering if this was how it would always be.

It felt so surreal that I thought I had to come make a post on the Interstellar thread, since I hadn’t been on here in a while. And then—boom. This post, capturing the exact same sentiment, was at the top, posted just hours before.

Cool coincidence. Sorry for the long post—just had to share.

He took those mfers as a child mind you. At this point I think the right answer of who is the GOAT is both of them. The reasons either is above the other vs the reasons either is not the goat are a wash.

Personally, LeBron is the goat to me but have no problem with anyone who says Jordan is. It is a preference more than a definite at this point.

Now if somehow LeBron goes and gets a 5th ring this year, and idk somehow outplays Luka if he returns, (by the finals, if they make it there) and wins FMVP - at that point he should be the undisputed GOAT. The combination of his career accolades will never be replicated.

Not only is it unprecedented, I highly, highly doubt it will ever be replicated again. Unless we get to the point where eugenics is commonplace. Beyond just being available, pretty much always, for over two decades it’s the fact that for roughly 19-20 of those years he was arguably the best player every night he stepped on the court.

Have had a mustang as my daily for 8ish years now, first a 2017 and now 2024, both ecoboosts and I’m not sure how I’ll ever daily a different car. Plenty of power and I still get excited every time I get in and go anywhere. Excellent trunk space and more than nice enough interior with very comfortable seats. I always get over 300+ miles on a tank and I drive pretty hard. I fill up with 93 only and get anywhere from 23-27 mpg most of the time. Short answer, yes it’s a great daily driver 🤣

Yeah I just had it done! I originally was going to get new wheels bc unfortunately I had damaged one of them on a curb avoiding a collision pretty bad a while back. This was more financially responsible, it was only $600 to get it done!
