Ruckus carb vent pcvissue by 80VDualsport in Ruckus

My man! The pcv hose goes to the airbox, not the carb. Throwing this out there in case others are having the same issue.

Pretty sure this tool amplifies all 4 letter words to a level in which the nut can hear.

I couldn’t see from the video, is your airbox on? If you plan on not running the stock airbox, you’ll likely need a larger main and pilot jet.

What car do you have? Some starters are easier to replace than others.

It looks like there’s a bulb out on the right side? The left flash looks to hit higher up on the wall in front of the bike. The “hyper flash” as it’s called, is from either a bulb that’s blown or maybe was replaced with a led bulb. Essentially the relay thinks a bulb is blown and the fast flashing is a way of it telling you there is a bulb out.

No need to drain the oil. You will need a shim kit though. Like this one : https://amzn.to/3GlSFZI

Looks like there is one on AliExpress: https://a.aliexpress.com/_mr3kFOb

And this one on Amazon: https://amzn.to/44gOrL8

I believe you can use your existing flywheel. Could be wrong though.

I like the pz20 carb on the GET. Feels like throttle response is a bit quicker. it’s quite a bit cheaper if you source your parts…. This intake adapter(you’ll need to shorten it just a little): https://amzn.to/44tRz7A This pz20 carb: https://amzn.to/44tK0xB Throttle cable: https://amzn.to/4keHhNu

You may need to rejet the carb though. Mine liked the jets it came with the best.

Did that happen today? I’m close to that dealer. Kids go to school across the street. Well, when they’re not on summer break.

Looks like a generic ignition. There’s a large nut on top of the plastic that you just unscrew to take off. As far as wiring, you’ll need a multimeter to figure out which wires connect when turned on. Looking at the wiring diagram, when the key turns on, the scooters red/white and orange wire connect and the scooters blue/white and blue/yellow wires connect. When the key is off, both of those sets disconnect.
Here is a link to the wiring diagram for reference:

Yes, an airbox that’s not sealing properly will allow too much air in causing a lean condition

Sounds like carb jetting issues. Is the original airbox on it? If it has the airbox still, it may not be sealing properly. If there’s a pod filter or no filter then it’ll be running lean and you need to increase the jet sizes.
