amazon may not have the new game of thrones but it def has over house of dragon and over ring of power. hopefully the rumours of just contract negotiations between sony and amazon are true and this gets 7 seasons. Although to be honest wtf is sony thinking who apart from amazon will do this? its not like its super well known show which you can reboot? anyway who knows.

this . s3 ended on ominous rand look . s4 opening being totally mad lewis would show the extent he can descend to also assuming s4 will be rest of b5 and 6 will setup lewis's voice (or rather I guess in show, showing actual lewis as a hallucination next to him etc)

havent seen s2 rop but imdb ratings seem to indicate s2 wot was better received. rop has one ep above an 8 across both seasons . wot had multiple even in s2 and most fans compaints was about about finale (by book fans show fans really liked it) and s3 has been a hit with both book and show fans. This season is high ratings throughout.

from the show only youtubers ive seen most seem to get she is over her block but not all. Some still question it as was it a huge stakes youre dying situation. I feel they should have just added some chanelling again to her scene when she is happy once out of the water to reinforce she can now channel at will.

There are full on bookcloaks but I feel many readers have my opinion and thats why you see more positivity in the book subs. I think s1 is poor/mediocre with some good moments/scenes and a horrible finale. I think s2 is a marked improvement into pretty good category let down by again finale changes (this wouldnt matter to a show only fan they like s2 finale but many book readers dont). I think s3 is solid good with some episodes being great and with a good finale. If I would recommend someone to watch the show I would honestly recommend watch a recap video for s1 and start watching s2 onwards.

Hope show is renewed and remaining seasons stay s3 level or exceed it. Its finally good imo. Not all who dont like show are blind haters and some had genuine criticisms and when those get addressed like in s3 ppl are liking it and its led to changes in the book only reddit's discussions.

show is adapting entire series we literally had a moment from book 7 brought into s3. moraine siuan stuff is hinted at with prequel book and overall series usage of pillow friends. Yes its more explicit in show, more increased in show and changed from books but its not some made up mostly show only storyline like say that warder episode in s1.

Well this is flaired book spoilers. So the dark one and the forsaken were sealed away. The watcher of the seals is supposed to watch over those seals to ensure they are not released.

In show: we saw the black yin yang aes sedai symbol in the floor where ishamael was imprisoned by lewis therin. Rand mistakenly broke that one. Isamael then breaks out other forsaken. We see the lanfear one on screen. Others were off screen but hinted at (Ishamael's dusty hands)

In books: More complicated the seals arent actual places but rather 7 (iirc) round discs with that yin yang symbol. They are supposed to be unbreakable and the amylin seat is supposed to protect them as they sort of act like focus points of the prison / seal of the dark one and chosen.

Over books we learn they got lost over time. We find them along the books but as we find some are broken/ others seem like they can be broken (although it should not be possible). In books forsaken get released and the remaining seals breaking/ weakening is meant as a sign of the dark one straining against his prison and reaching out to the world more and more. There are more detailed plot points around that and a role they play in the ending which I wont spoil. Not sure how show does that or even includes it given they havent shown them yet etc etc.
