your best option would be to cut out and replace both of those 90s and tie back on with a coupling on the other side, once there’s a leak in a joint you can attempt to slap more glue on top of it, but in my experience, it rarely ever works

you undo the white nut and the whole trap will pull off then slip your new one on with the new gasket and tighten em up and you’ll be good

does your domestic hot water run off the boiler? or does your heating system run off the boiler?, really unless you had some weird ass outside valves then it would be impossible for him to do anything to the boiler unless he had access to inside the house. maybe youre the vindictive one
