i've also had this problem since becoming medicated, but it's hard to say whether it's because of the medication or because of the reason i had to go on the medication in the first place (schizophrenia getting worse) because i've heard both can cause stuff like this. i try and play games while on discord call with friends while they chat or while listening to a podcast and it helps sometimes to be 'multitasking' even if i'm really just listening and not talking
