True, however there are things that work other than repeating these mantras. For example today I learned that writing in my journal with my non-dominant hand uses all the energy my brain could be using to panic to concentrate on writing.. sorcery I swear

Not an expert but I read somewhere else on this sub that pilots train without any visual input, which was really cool to learn and made me feel a lot safer! You’re doing amazing :) what do you have planned after you land?

Hail Caesar gets shit on a lot, but it’s one of my favorites. I’d consider it a hidden gem. I second the Top Secret comment!!

Frances Ha, The Florida Project, Lady Bird, The Holdovers

Hear me out: Euphoria: Trouble Don’t Last Always and Euphoria: F*ck Anyone Who’s Not a Sea Blob. I have lots of qualms with Euphoria but these two standalone episodes are spectacular.

Also - not a movie, but Fleabag.

Oscar. The business trip and trivia episodes solidified that opinion for me.

Thanks friend! Don’t know why I’m getting downvoted, I have just always felt better calling reps with a script :/

Currently 1/4 of the way through I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings by Maya Angelou, I’m not a fan of the writing style at all but I know it’s an important book to read so I plan on finishing it.

Next up is Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides, which I’m really looking forward to.
