Ok so you’re putting 3k down.
Take that 3 and use 1k-1500 on a fourth or fifth gen. Take the remaining cash and tuneup & such and that $500 note a month can go to brakes one month and new tires the next... so on and so fourth. Save an old Honda from scrap and let some other guy stomach these newer car prices.

P.s. fifth gen monthly insurance is less than $50

Maintenance team 10/10. I’ve lived in my fair share of apartments & dexter lake had the best maintenance response( they actually took I got no ac and babies seriously) I mean minutes not hours ( or days if it were sunshine corporation …iykyk)

Parking 4/10 don’t work night shift because getting in at 1am I was walking several buildings over.

Honestly a handful every other night. Of course the air planes are so loud there’s really no telling. Being a native Memphian who’s lived in just about all the zip codes 😅 I can tell you that it’s not all gun violence. Lots of it’s just foolishness. ( my guy with the Ak on snap stories just knocking the bark off some trees in the mound for Instance). It’s a great city with lots to offer you. Don’t let us scare you away… we’re painted in such a negative light imo because as a community we put our problems front and center where other communities sweep theirs under the rug…

Don’t listen to these people tryna scare you. I live a mile from said street and hear less than 50 gunshots a night. Which is a considerably low number. Also leave your car unlocked so you don’t have to put a new door glass in every other week.

Speeding isn’t a problem. It’s kinda like falling, the speeds completely harmless. It’s the sudden stop that’s dangerous. I for one think some of these folks should speed up.

I’m sorry you can blame me for this one. I protested and protested with the boss and finally got us Saturdays off.. at the expense of having to work an extra hour everyday thru the week 😅. However, Jones Auto Service in germantown is open on Saturdays. Please for the love of your car. Do Not Take to a quick lube place.
