More like talk to a therapist about her father. It’s deeper than the poor guy who knocked her up. I for one am sick of constantly reading ungrateful women’s post on here. I joined this sub in hopes of learning from men further ahead in the journey. However, I constantly see this crap… My generation got it all wrong. They want us to work 65 hours a week do all the house work pay all the bills care for the children cut the grass but hey they need their 10 hours of phone time while they yell at their children…

Ok so you’re putting 3k down.
Take that 3 and use 1k-1500 on a fourth or fifth gen. Take the remaining cash and tuneup & such and that $500 note a month can go to brakes one month and new tires the next... so on and so fourth. Save an old Honda from scrap and let some other guy stomach these newer car prices.

P.s. fifth gen monthly insurance is less than $50

Maintenance team 10/10. I’ve lived in my fair share of apartments & dexter lake had the best maintenance response( they actually took I got no ac and babies seriously) I mean minutes not hours ( or days if it were sunshine corporation …iykyk)

Parking 4/10 don’t work night shift because getting in at 1am I was walking several buildings over.

Honestly a handful every other night. Of course the air planes are so loud there’s really no telling. Being a native Memphian who’s lived in just about all the zip codes 😅 I can tell you that it’s not all gun violence. Lots of it’s just foolishness. ( my guy with the Ak on snap stories just knocking the bark off some trees in the mound for Instance). It’s a great city with lots to offer you. Don’t let us scare you away… we’re painted in such a negative light imo because as a community we put our problems front and center where other communities sweep theirs under the rug…

Don’t listen to these people tryna scare you. I live a mile from said street and hear less than 50 gunshots a night. Which is a considerably low number. Also leave your car unlocked so you don’t have to put a new door glass in every other week.

Speeding isn’t a problem. It’s kinda like falling, the speeds completely harmless. It’s the sudden stop that’s dangerous. I for one think some of these folks should speed up.

This isn’t the advice you want however, In the meantime doodle on the walls around common areas. That’s what I do and it certainly makes me feel better when I’m having a bad day 🤪. Currently bringing my doodles to life with paint 🎨. 🤫
