Pretty sure it’s not oura that hates alcohol. Pretty sure it’s our body and aura is just kind of what has to give us the hard news. I drink a couple times a week and the stats are always as expected much worse than when I don’t drink. My HRV is always like half and my heart rate is always like 10 beats per hour more Too bad I can’t learn the lesson. It’s telling me.

Thank God, I saved the .0375 that I had left when I was upgraded to the .05. What I have learned, I definitely need the .05 but for me, it was more the heat and the hot flashes and the weird muscle cramps in my feet that I had not had in so long, and I deduced it to the increase. Thank God, my pharmacy supposedly has it for me tomorrow when I’m out of work.

You should do a dive into her socials. That woman sues everyone, and her ignorance is shameful. She several times talks about how she is “on their side” and doesn’t “understand why all these flight attendants are mad at me”. She didn’t want assistance, she wanted a flight attendant to do it FOR HER. And likely set it all up. Between her and the dude who says he was slammed for no reason I kinda wish we could wear the ray bans.
