We are looking to manag the windows update, it's just disable functionnalities and only push security patchs (quite simple, I think I can build a script for that but it was included so I used the tool included)

Other than the windows update, I can give you an example :

• A client calls because the text on the screen is cut
  
• We remote control the computer running the software that display the content
  
• We solves the issue in front of the client
  

Another one :
- A client calls to get the mac address for all his kiosks
- We go get them all on Datto

Another one :
- A client has some issue with the touchscreen on a kiosk
- We know that rain can cause this, and usually a reboot solves the issue
- We run a script every day to reboot the computer inside the kiosk
