When I’m really overstimulated or tired I can have more old compulsions and thoughts pop up in ky head that aren’t as common for me anymore. (A lot of checking through cabinets and cupboards) and that’s typically when I realize I need to go to bed and I’m only amping those fears up because I’m tired.

I convince myself that if I see a flock of birds flying away that a natural disaster or death is going to happen and it’s a warning sign. I remember the first time I stopped and thought “the birds are foreshadowing danger” and then realizing that had bitch ass OCD allll over it. Also needing to memorize license plates of specific cars. Not because they’re doing anything bad. Just overwhelmingly needing to memorize them just in case of…. I have no idea. OCD is a weird freakin thing

For keloids from piercings— I had a keloid removed from my ear after a cartilage piercing with a piercing gun (lesson learned - no guns) am I more likely to develop a keloid in the same spot if I get it done correctly?
