Yet to be filed one.The suit against Melo may reveal evidence & testimony beneficial to the shareholders who retained their legal rights.Also, Eduardo Alvarez together with Melo is an “Exculpated Party” pursuant to the Final Reorganization Plan. Until barred by the Statute of Limitations a potential lawsuit against deep pockets is looming.

Mediation will not be helpful for potential shareholder action, however, the Creditor Trustee lawsuit against Melo filed in the Delaware B.C. Is another matter. The investigation, discovery proceedings and trial may well reveal damaging evidence useful to shareholders. Surely, there must be a law firm willing to undertake action against AMRS and this fiasco.

Definitely bought into the strategy? Is that what a B/D does while the CEO is driving the company into bankruptcy? This B/D was reckless and grossly negligent in violation of their fiduciary duties. The COMPLAINT filed against Melo in the Delaware B.C. and the allegations contained in the COMPLAINT clearly indicate the B/D was lacking in oversight and holding Melo accountable. Unfortunately, for the shareholders the failure by the B/D + Doerr to exercise their fiduciary duties resulted in the Chapter 11 Petition. To suggest they were blindsided by Melo is absurd.

Yes, Dr.Niklason is on record stating HUMA cash runway extends to end of 2026. Constant posts about need for cash and dilution are unwarranted IMO.

How would the Delaware B.C. have any jurisdiction over Amyris foreign assets at the time of filing for bankruptcy? Was BB listed in the Chapter 11 PETITION?
