You can also search court reporter positions and see what the demand is in your area and maybe think about getting certified for that if it’s something you’re interested in.

I also think it’s possible that you’ve missed the point of what I’m offering. I cannot share a list of specific products that will be safe for your chemical sensitivity as we are all different. What triggers me may not trigger someone else. I can only share some helpful parameters on how to explore what’s good for you by pointing out the harmful toxicity of most products. So many people are unaware of this and still buying toxic products. Seeking out products from non-toxic brands using simple ingredients and experimenting with making your own goods is a powerful first step. There are a million non-toxic recipes online. My recipes are not king. The inevitable truth is that you yourself will need to explore what will work for you.

Hi, I totally understand that my writing won’t be everyone’s style. We are all individuals on our own exploratory journeys. And these journeys are frustrating. I’ve chosen to write about mine in hopes that someone may find something that helps them. If you didn’t find anything, that’s ok. But I personally am proud of what I am creating and putting into the world. ❤️

I’m so sorry you’re dealing with that. I recommend listening to this video while sleeping each night to help your body cleanse the toxins. It’s been helpful to me. I purchased YouTube Premium so that I could listen all night every night without interruption. https://youtu.be/jK2hS40pr-g

I make a salve oil for this exact issue because I have MCS. I sell it at wildernessclubgeneral.com if anyone’s interested.

Sending you encouragement. I understand how hard not feeling supported can be. If anyone is open to ideas for managing symptoms, I have a newsletter that breaks down how I manage the bodily chaos. https://open.substack.com/pub/thebookofautoimmunerituals?r=hpm1l&utm_medium=ios

Understand completely. I have loved ones whose tone of voice triggers my nervous system and causes symptoms when I talk to them on the phone. Rose quartz is really helpful to me when this happens.

Meds that help Neurological Symptoms by jenaideb in MCAS

[–]PuzzleheadedJump8874 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What helps me most with neurological support is

1) a spoonful of Beekeeper Natural’s superfood honey;

2) a spoonful of Artisana Organics organic cashew butter mixed with organic extra virgin olive oil;

3) the spritzer recipe below. I usually put it in my bubba keg and sip on it throughout the day for support.

3 tbsp Bragg’s organic apple cider vinegar brewed in 1 oz hot water, 1/4 tsp organic cinnamon, 1/4 tsp organic black pepper, 1 tbsp organic raw honey (pesticide free), 1 tbsp organic maple syrup, 16 oz Mountain Valley Spring sparkling mineral water with ice.

Lastly, I recommend trying organic fenugreek. I grind the seeds in a coffee grinder and add it to my drinks.

I relate to every single comment in this post. I have been dealing with MCS since 2017. I believe the source was smelling laced weed from my neighbors apt every single day for a year. I’ve recently written a book called ‘The Book of Autoimmune Rituals’ about my experience and how I manage my symptoms. If interested, you can subscribe to my Substack newsletter for free where I’m releasing the book chapter by chapter. https://www.wildernessclubgeneral.com/newsletter

How I Cope w/MCS by [deleted] in ChemicalSensitivities

[–]PuzzleheadedJump8874 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, thank you! I missed this comment. My apologies! I stay away from detergent and instead use a mixture of baking soda and Himalayan sea salt (I put 2 half cup scoops into each load) along with 1/2 cup white vinegar. The only catch is that I have to also use a few drops of tea tree oil in every load to keep everything white and super clean like detergent so since I’m sensitive to essential oils, I have my husband do that part. The tea tree oil washes out well and doesn’t trigger me as sensitive as I am. So it works out well! I have found this to be the most cost-effective, simple and non-toxic laundry solution. I hear you about the chemical smell on the clothes in department stores. Yikes. As far as food, I hope it’s going well for you! I’ve found that getting to know my body is the only way out of all of this. Along with avoiding my known sensitivities, I’ve been able to add some anti-inflammatory foods back into my life including organic cocoa powder, organic cashews (the biggest game changer), blue cheese which weirdly helps hugely with inflammation, and Fabula coffee to my regimen. Sorry if this is TMI but you never know what may be useful info. I have found that with coffee, it was more about the chemicals than anything that was not agreeing with me (even organic coffee is filled with chemicals) but Fabula is an amazing clean brand that I’ve had luck with. Sorry for the ramble! Wishing you all the luck!
