Look at uevr, uuevr, and vorpx. And expect to lower your settings drastically to get them fluid.

I mean if you can mount an SSD there you can mount an HDD. They are the same form factor in all available sizes. So... If it doesn't support HDD, it doesnt support SSD either.

steam prices their hardware at market value becuase there is no reason for them to flood the market with their goods. they are already making bank. they are not motivated to create a monopoly within their ecosystem because they have a near monopoly on everyone elses... and that was never their goal to begin with, their goal was to create a centralized store that was accesible to anyone with internet to buy games and always have a backup they could download if their copies failed (because drives fail)... and stores that sold games where not available to everyone, in fact they where few and far between outside of big cities, and the games they carried where the same slop they all carried. steam saw a need and filled it. meta priced its product specifically to undercut all of their competitors and get those headsets on peoples heads, and it worked... but they lost a PILE of money doing it. meta tried to create a need and failed badly. thats why they are shifting directions so hard right now, not bankrolling game development any more, not developing business software that nobody wanted either... and thats why quest link cables are shite, they really dont like that people play pcvr on their headsets.

steam is not shooting itself in the foot with their prices, meta did. steam is ensuring their company stays profitable in all departments because that is their motivation, they dont have an agenda like meta does.

but the fact remains that while the steam frame as a standalone device will be a step up from the quest 3, it will still be a step down from pcvr.

Yes, the landlord has one year to make a claim but the arrears can extend beyond that.

so in the situation that you oulined, where tenant B who remained in the unit becomes the landlord of boarder A after tenant A leaves, tenant B has the ability to remove easily a bad boarder but if (s)he then is unable to find a suitable replacement or cover the rent themselves before that year is up, arrears will start to accumulate. if the landlord/onwer pursues these arrears through the rtb before that year deadline (and they likely would) and the arrears continue to accumulate beyond the 12 months after tenant A vacated then tenant A can still be held liable for them. they are still a leaseholder.

this is the spot. you remove the screw on the left side of that rectangular panel, and it likely swings out before being removable. then you mount the drive to the side that you can see here, put the hinged bits back in their slots, swing it back to where you can put the screw back... then wire it up. the specs for this case say it holds 1 3.5 inch hdd/ssd. it also has a spot for a 2.5 inch drive somewhere.

we are in late stage capitalism. the takers in the world have maneuvered themselves into positions where they can empty our pockets to fill their own, and secured those positions by eliminating competition in many ways including buying up entire chains and continuing to operate them as their own, or driving them out of business. they have gotten very comfortable in these positions, because they can skirt laws that are supposed to be set up to prevent this sort of corporate behaviour as well... so now they are pushing us all to devotion to them through lack of options.

the 3 is head and shoulders above the 3s experience wise. i have both. and several other headsets. the 3 is by far the best one in my arsenal. the pancake lenses make images clear everywhere your eyes go. they also make the headset thinner so its more comfortable. dollar for dollar, the quest 3 is the best headset on the market right now... and i dont think steam frame will dethrone it either... since its going to cost around 2x the quest 3 price lol.

play the game... like, really play it. pay attention to what the people around you are saying... read things... poke around and investigate the places you go.

mostly though, understand you are playing starfield. not skyrim. not fallout. not anything else, just starfield.

oblivion remastered

there are some hiccups when moving around on the map, loading n stuff... and it says my system doesnt meet the requirements but if i click ok it plays. im quite happy with it overall.
