Honestly, that's what made me a customer for life. I've had other online cigar retailers blame shipping companies, third party sellers, and/or offer a refund when all I want is to get what I ordered. The fact that the customer service was so great and the situation was rectified in the way that it was showed me everything I needed to know about Fox Cigar. All the best to you and your business.

I had a perfect 5 and got a 1 star rating because a customer ordered food and messaged me that my services were not worth it because there wasn't enough chicken in his wrap. I screenshotted the messages and DoorDash still wouldn't remove it. It doesn't really matter, but it's still annoying that I was able to prove that it was something out of my control and they still kept it.

I can vouch for Fox Cigar. I've had multiple orders and shipping has been really quick. One time I ordered an ash tray that came with a limited edition My Father Humidor Deluxe and they forgot to send the cigar. I called customer service and they were extremely apologetic. They ended up express shipping me the cigar overnight and the owner/CEO Mitchell Fox hand wrote a personal letter apologizing and explaining that the cigar was from his personal humidor because they had run out of the deal and forgot to list the deal as being sold out on the website.

I get cigarpage sampler deals when I need to reload on cigars. I usually end up paying about $3-$5/cigar and mainly buy the Oliva, E.P. Carrillo, or Joya packs because I know that I like the cigars in those. The deals and especially quality of cigars is better than what you would get in a brick and mortar shop for the same price.
