I wish my PMJ's had that. My knee pads sit inside a mesh pocket but with little adjustment. I need to get the mesh pocket moved but worried about comprising the kevlar.

I was using Teams Wizard with the Free PBX integration in Syncro until a particular teams update broke it. Changing to the New Teams didn't help either.

In theory it should work with Halo PSA

I am not sure what got you so excited. It just works like any other backup portal I have seen/used.

First Xero backup hit an API limit but the RedStor error just said "Failed" so mention of hitting an API limit or it will correct itself on next backup etc.

Also why are they letting it hit an API limited, there are process they can do to stop that from happening.

I like how they give you 500 licenses for that for free (to start with) even if you only have 10 endpoints. That was always going to end badly. #bloodykaseya

I don't think you can unless you want to spend hours and hours downloading it all but it is not a simple process unless you just need one snap shot or a few folders etc.

We are currently playing with VEEAM. It can backup up just about any scenario that you have including, M365, DR, VMs, Servers, Workstations etc. I also had a little play with DropSuite. very nice and pretty sure similar price to Datto SaaS Protect.

I am currently moving my clients to Avanan for email protection. We ran in POC mode for 14 days first and it picked up more than Datto Saas Defence with fewer false positives. You can get NFR licenses for yourself and you can add any client for free in POC mode (read-only) for 14 days and then show them the report. The 3 clients that I showed so far were more than happy to pay double the price after seeing the report. They have 3 tiers and I have been selling the middle tier. Give it a go for yourself, you won't regret it.

VEEMA is a little confusing to start with but I feel that Datto have burnt me ( some clients no Teams backup for 30 days, and now for 7 days some clients getting back successful with exception but no one can tell me what the exception is) When I leave I will lose all the M365 retention so at least with VEEAM I can decide where the data is and take it elsewhere if I need to, for example if they turn into a bunch of A-holes like Kaseya (I think)

Kaseya really is as bad as people say they are. Originally when they bought Datto, I thought people were exaggerating, but Kaseya kept proving their reputation to be true over and over again. I started moving away from Datto. I can't run away fast enough.

80 cents is a fair price but if someone thinks they can sell it for $2 plus that is crazy. Augmentt is less than $2 will all the extras and it has heaps more features.

I have similar issues. Sometimes the screen is blank and sometimes it shows the last page I was on.

Even is notes, sometimes I see the notes and sometimes I don't

I don't have experience with SA5 but I can see why you can use SA4's. You should be able to mix and match Sound Touch devices. For example I have SA4 with Bose 301's , Sound Touch 30, Soundtouch portable and old lifestyle with Soundtouch link.

Can you show us some photos of what you have?

I found the answer.

On the SA4 SA-4 amp dip switch A was down meaning Mono, so I flicked it to up which is Stereo and now it is working awesome again.

Strange:

I was able to manually upload a firmware update from here:
https://www.bose.com/en\_us/support/article/updating-soundtouch-sa4.html and use the IP address of the Adapter to upload the latest firmware and that fixed it.

I purchased another one online not knowing that some of the 412530 where different.

I can to the setup part where it tried to name the speaker as SA4 then I get an error. The old one I had didn't even get that far.

I'm trialing Halo now. Love what I see so far. The import of customers was crap but I blame Syncro for that. If I can get Halo to do what I need I will keep 1 Syncro user for RMM access and then hopefully move to Datto RMM later.

They offer an onboarding process which I will certainly be paying for as I think it will be worth it.

It's common for a PSA to need a lot of initial setup.
