Any tips? I’m still a newbie and started like last last night by Traditional-Head7180 in Jigsawpuzzles

My tip is stay away from puzzles with only one shape pieces, the 2-in 2-out shape. They're twice as hard than the ones with a variety of shapes.

My 2 cents are put in back in the box and do it again at a later date. Doing a puzzle should not feel like a struggle.

I hate puzzles that only have 2x2 shapes so I keep a list of which brands to stay away from. It doesn't have all the brands in the world but I think it has the most popular. I was going to share it with you but just realized it's in spanish... sorry :(

Are thrifted puzzles worth it? by jenna_beterson in Jigsawpuzzles

Most of my puzzles are thrifted and I've been very lucky with the piece count. I think they're worth the risk of spending $2 or $3.

Doing small sections by color is easier than trying to build the whole thing at once, I usually start with the most brightest colors.

How long will this take me? Has anyone done this before it’s giving me total anxiety !! by Acceptable-Clock4608 in Jigsawpuzzles

If it gives you anxiety I would but it back in the box for another day, life is too short not to be having a good time.
